Check-in information

Due to new Government guidelines, we are now required to now use the NHS Test and Trace.

Even though your names, numbers and information are already being collected when you arrive at the salon, we still need you to “check in” using the new QR code on the front door of the salon.

To do so, you will need to download the NHS COVID-19 app from the App Store or Google Play. For assistance in downloading the app, click here.

Please scan yourself in, before your appointment each time you visit the salon.

Our training

The team at Harpers have received extensive training during the lockdown and regularly updated on the latest advice, so we are all up-to-date on PPE, social distancing and hygiene requirements to support you with the salon deep cleaned on a daily basis and risk assessments in place.
